Scenic Painting
This project was done in a scenic painting class where the goal was to learn how to apply translucency in our painting by choosing a definite element that acted as translucent while another part of of our painting was opaque. This allows for contrast and effect of what is scenic painting translucency technique.
This is an opaque muslin project. The background is all white, charcoal is used to draw the drawing and then scenery paint is used to complete project.
